"I feel that a part of my soul is in this film. I watched the film transform from an image of Elena dancing with a ball of light to the epic poetic journey it became. I too have become intertwined in this story. I too have mourned the loss of Elena, and the tremendous transition to womanhood that Elena never had the opportunity to complete. A small piece of the mournful melody that drifts through this film also flows through me. It does not usually weigh me down though. It calls me up to dance."
